Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your NuVoka account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below.
Method 1: Delete from Your Profile
- Sign in to your NuVoka account
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to the "Delete Account" section at the bottom
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm your choice in the dialog
Method 2: Request via Email
Send an email to:
info@ironlioninternational.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your NuVoka account
⚠️ What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile and account information (email, display name, avatar)
- All learning progress and vocabulary data
- Practice scores and achievements
- Saved preferences and bookmarks
- Any notes you've created
⏰ Timeline: Your data will be completely deleted within 30-90 days.
What Happens Next
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming we've received your deletion request
- Processing: Your account will be immediately deactivated and marked for deletion
- Complete removal: All your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30-90 days
- Legal retention: Some data may be retained longer if required by law for legal, tax, or security purposes
ℹ️ Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives:
- Take a break: You can just stop using the app without deleting your account. Your progress will be saved when you return.
- Download your data: Request a copy of your learning data before deletion (email us at info@ironlioninternational.com)
- Privacy settings: Adjust your privacy preferences instead of deleting everything
